Low Price
Guarantee
If you find a
lower price at any competitors website on a new identical item,
place your order with us and either fax or e-mail us a copy of the
competitors ad or the web address of the internet page so we can go
check it out. If you prefer, you can give us a call at 215-355-3038.
We'll give you 100% of the difference (match the lower price) plus
10% extra as our way of thanking you for bringing the lower price to
our attention.
Here's how it works:
Say you find the same item we have priced at $100.00, selling for
$90.00 on a competitor's site. We'll match the $90.00 price (100% of
the difference) and take off an additional 10% of the difference in
selling prices for a total lowest price of $89.00. All we ask is for

Our 7-day price-match guarantee is good on everything from moccasins
and boots to our fine collection of business leather. The item must
be in stock and available for purchase at that price from a company
(excluding auction sites, wholesale or membership clubs) located in
the U.S., who is authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product.

Item must be
identical:
For example,
it must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty. It must also
have the same style/model number and contain the same
components. Shoes, moccasins and boots must be available in the
same style, size, and color that are on our site.

Price
Verification:
We reserve
the right to verify another company's product availability and
price before issuing a price match guarantee. Computer
screenshots are not acceptable as proof of a competitor’s price
(please send us the web address) – the lower price must be
accurate and live on a competitor’s site at the time of the
price-match.

Shipping and
handling:
These
charges are included when comparing our price to another
company's delivery price; the equivalent shipping and handling
charges will be included. If proof of the other company's
shipping and handling charges are not supplied, then $7 will be
added to the other company's price.

Special
Offers:
If another
company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted
item and we do not carry the free or discounted item, there will
be no price match. For example, if another company offers a free
product with the purchase of a boot, and our price is equal to
the company's price for the boot, there will be no price match
if we do not carry the free product being offered.

Quantity
Limits:
We may limit
the quantity of an item that may be price-matched. For example,
if the other company limits the number you may buy; we may also
limit the number. In addition, we reserve the right to limit
quantities sold to a customer.

Exclusions:
We price
match almost everything. We don't price match products and
services provided by third party representatives in our Web site
(for example, custom products). We do not price match grand
opening, clearance, closeout, liquidation, items sold at
wholesale/membership clubs or products sold on Internet auction
sites. We also don't price match typographical errors or any
item or price that includes a rebate.

Guarantee is only offered online and will not be honored at any
of our retail locations.
